Life is more than pictures

Whatta party, whatta crowd!
All 10 folks ate, cheered, & laughed real loud (5 ethnic groups at Erin's home)
Erin's home was the scene, Patrick's presence expanded fun..
As their Mom's birthday made her older by one (86, that is)
No wonder that our group ranged old to young!
With a common motive to just have fun!
Many pictures shown on white-sheet screen of son & mom's WILPF* trip
Good food consumed, stories among strangers. . . relaxed without grip!
The age range down to 27, places visited, open hearts & stories to love
Were vocalized by all and won favor from Traffic Director = God above.
Thanks so! for each just being & sharing who you are
Keep the memory and repeat with your parents whether near or far.
Life is more than pictures and who you love..it is time!
But if you don't keep in touch and open, you get in a real bind...
I have no answers for aging as I have, despite unliked change
Except being born to a mid-America family at 'home on the range!'
Our family-buddy Asing gave us added attraction to being Dutch
Our time in his country, Erin and I enjoyed so much!
To Prague, Budapest and Venice ended our 27 days = one tired old gal
How thankful I am that Erin and I came home real pals!

,,Mom, I'm in", had Erin meteen gezegd.

,,Maar ik heb altijd geprobeerd erachter te komen how to be fair and how to be just."
